At Adzy (operated by DUPLE.AI LLC), we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans.
1. Free Trial
Adzy offers a 3-day free trial (credit card required). This gives you full access to the platform so you can evaluate whether Adzy is the right fit for your needs before making any financial commitment. We strongly encourage you to explore all features during your trial period.
2. Monthly Plan ($65/month)
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
Because you have had the opportunity to fully evaluate Adzy during the free trial before entering any payment information, we do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. When you cancel a monthly plan:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.
- You will retain full access to Adzy through the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
3. Annual Plan ($399/year)
Annual subscriptions include a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase:
Within the First 30 Days
If you request a refund within 30 days of your annual subscription purchase, you will receive a pro-rata refund calculated as follows:
- The period you used will be charged at the monthly rate of $65/month.
- Your refund will be: $399 minus ($65 x number of full or partial months used).
- For example, if you request a refund 15 days after purchase, you will receive $399 - $65 = $334.
After 30 Days
After 30 days from the date of purchase, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the annual billing period.
- You will retain full access to Adzy through the end of your current annual period.
4. Exceptions
Regardless of subscription type, refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or billed an amount different from what was displayed at checkout.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Extended Service Outages: If Adzy experiences a continuous, unplanned outage lasting 72 hours or more, affected subscribers may receive a pro-rata credit or refund for the downtime period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at adzyrelated@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of your subscription purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will process eligible refund requests within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur significant processing fees and may result in your account being permanently suspended. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email us at adzyrelated@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
